Please review the information and instructions below to register for the “pilot” trip to Hazard, KY with HDA to help determine if this smaller, more renovations-focused would be appropriate for a larger teen group.

- Missioner Fee: $780

All missioners need to fill out the registration form at the link above. This provides us the information necessary for an organized, effective, and safe trip.
2) Payment
Either a deposit of $400 or full trip payment is due at time of registration at the link above (the option for each, as well as the opportunity to make a general donation, is available at that link).
3) DreamBuilders Liability Form
All missioners need to print out, review and sign the DreamBuilders liability form found at the link above. Liability forms will be collected before the trip.
All missioners need to fill out the Housing Development Alliance (HDA) Volunteer Info and Consent Form. In the “name of Church/Group” box put “DreamBuilders” and in the “work dates” box put “4/12/26-4/18/26”
HDA has rules for the worksite to help enable a safe and respectful work environment. All missioners need to read and follow these rules. Please find them at the link above and fill out the information requested.
